Welcome to mall.gaoddns.com (the “Site”). Please read this Agreement carefully before using any service on the Site. By registering, signing in, placing an order, or browsing the Site, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to be bound by all terms of this Agreement.
1. Account Registration
- You must provide true, accurate, and complete registration information, including but not limited to your name, email address, phone number, and shipping address.
- You are responsible for safeguarding your account password. Any loss caused by password disclosure shall be borne by you.

2. Orders and Payment
- All product prices and stock availability are based on the information displayed at the time of order.
- Once payment is successfully completed, the order is deemed binding, and both parties shall fulfill their respective obligations.
- If an order cannot be fulfilled due to pricing errors, insufficient stock, or force majeure, the Site reserves the right to cancel the order and issue a full refund.
- Payments are processed by third-party providers (PayPal, Visa, Mastercard, etc.). The Site does not store complete payment card information.
3. Products and Services
- The Site offers premium services including luxury car rentals, yacht charters, and presidential suite accommodations.
- Specific service rules (pickup location, return time, deposit, damage liability, etc.) are as stated on the product page at the time of order and the corresponding service contract.
- Once a service has commenced, it is non-refundable. Unused portions are handled per the Refund Policy below.

5. User Conduct
You agree NOT to use the Site for any of the following:

- Using automated scripts to place bulk orders, manipulate reviews, or attack the system
- Impersonating others or using stolen payment information
- Interfering with the normal operation of the Site
Violation of any of the above will result in immediate termination of services, and we reserve the right to pursue legal action.
6. Intellectual Property
All page designs, text, images, and trademarks on the Site are the property of the Site and its licensors. They may not be copied, redistributed, or used for commercial purposes without prior written consent.
7. Disclaimer
- The Site acts as a platform connecting customers with service providers. We are not directly liable for the actual quality of services delivered by third-party providers.
- The Site is not liable for service interruptions caused by network outages, equipment failures, or force majeure.
- To the maximum extent permitted by law, the Site shall not be liable for any indirect or consequential damages, including loss of profit.
8. Changes to This Agreement
The Site reserves the right to modify this Agreement as needed. Updated versions take effect upon publication on the Site. Continued use of the Site constitutes acceptance of the revised Agreement.
9. Dispute Resolution
This Agreement is governed by the laws of the People’s Republic of China. Any disputes arising from this Agreement shall first be resolved through friendly negotiation. If negotiation fails, the dispute shall be submitted to a court of competent jurisdiction in the location of the Site.
